It was a couple of years ago when we realized we wanted to share with others the food we made for ourselves and loved so much. After a lot of learning and changing our lifestyle, and eventually leaving our jobs of the corporate world - about six months ago - Kis Padlizsan (Little Eggplant) became a reality. Our tiny team wholeheartedly began to work on one of our biggest tasks: to provide quality catering to others.
Bela has put aside his engineering career, so he could make and share the vegan delicacies so valued by him.
Maria has left the world of validating numbers as a planner and started working on the marketing of the business, and the desserts were also pulled from her box of ideas.
Evi is a food safety engineer who joined us as the third member of our team. She maintains the quality and helps with the different processes in the kitchen. And of course her hands are also in the baking of the cookies.
Currently we are providing an appetizing example of the vegan diet with our always varying menu. Soon we will open our bistro, where our selection will be extended with several new options, and our guests can have their lunch in a friendly environment where everyone is welcome.
